Bags over 30 × 40 × 20 cm, backpacks of any size, luggage and holdalls are prohibited, with no venue bag storage. Another FAQ paragraph gives 40 × 35 × 19 cm; use the stricter listed limit and check the show page.

Show-specific doors and curfew times are posted on each event page; guests with digital tickets use the OVO Arena Wembley app. Lounge entry does not open the auditorium before general doors.

Wembley Park offers event parking for the arena and recommends reserving a space online in advance.

The arena travel and FAQ pages do not specify a dedicated rideshare pickup location.

Accessible tickets can be booked on the specialist line 020 8782 5629; walking aids are not allowed on the standing floor but can be used in seated areas.

Food and drinks are sold inside, including items ordered through the venue app; the arena is cashless. You may bring confectionery, but not drinks or hot food; request medical exceptions in advance.

The arena does not permit readmission after leaving, including for smoking.

The event-day box office opens no later than an hour before doors and closes about 15 minutes after the headliner begins. Tickets left for collection after closing are moved to Reception at Door One.
