For BST Hyde Park concerts, bags must be no larger than 297 × 210 × 210 mm. Large bags are prohibited and the festival has no onsite luggage storage.

Published 2026 BST show days had general entry from 2 p.m. and last entry at 8:30 p.m.; Primary Entry and VIP typically opened about 60 minutes earlier. Check the specific future concert for new hours.

BST Hyde Park provides no on-site public parking and recommends public transport. Blue Badge spaces for qualified guests must be reserved when booking an accessible ticket.

BST Hyde Park has no official pickup or drop-off site because of congestion; arrange to meet a driver away from the event.

Blue Badge parking and the accessible shuttle to the dedicated entrance require advance booking and availability. The Great Oak Stage offers BSL interpretation for festival performances.

Festival bars and food traders accept cards and contactless payment. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except one unopened plastic water bottle up to 500 ml, empty refillable bottles and non-glass baby food.

BST Hyde Park does not allow readmission to its ticketed concert site after entry.

If your BST ticket is designated for collection, go to the main box office with the purchasing card, photo ID and a copy of the confirmation email.
