Answers, in plain terms.

Everything after you buy the ticket: the venue’s bag rule, how to get in, parking and rideshare, the setlist, places nearby, and the ride home, for the exact show you’re going to. Concerto doesn’t sell tickets.

To save a show, yes. Browsing every venue guide, tour, setlist, and Near Me is open to everyone. Saving a show starts Your Night, your Passport, and show-day alerts, so it needs an account: Sign in with Apple takes one tap, or use your email. Your shows then stay with you on every device.

Tap the circle at the top right of Home, Venues, Tours, or Near Me. Your account, Passport, favorites, notifications, appearance, and privacy are all on that one sheet.

Four ways: the search bar on Home (venues, artists, and cities at once, or ask a question), the Venues tab, the Tours tab, or Near Me for what’s on around you. Every show has a bookmark to save it.

The bag rule, entrances and doors, parking, rideshare, re-entry, tickets and will call, food and drink, and accessibility, each with the date it was checked against the venue’s own sources. Plus upcoming shows there, nearby restaurants, hotels, and things to do, and one-tap Directions, Uber, and Lyft.

Every upcoming date with a bookmark to save it, the setlist the tour has been playing, and Follow, which tells you when the artist adds dates.

Shows around you, grouped by night. Change the location to browse another city, and filter by date.

Anything about a venue or show, like "Can I bring a backpack to MSG?" It answers from Concerto’s own venue guides and says so when it doesn’t know. 3 answers a day are free; Concerto+ gets 30.

Tap the bookmark next to any show on a venue page, a tour page, or Near Me. If you’re not signed in yet, Concerto asks you to sign in first, then saves the show and opens Your Night.

Your Night asks four quick things: where your ticket is, your seat, how you’re getting there, and your bag. A screenshot of your ticket fills in the seat and entrance for you. Then the show sits in the Your Night tab and at the top of Home with a countdown.

Tap My shows at the top of the Your Night tab, or My Shows in your account. Every upcoming show is there; tap one to open it. Past shows are in your Passport.

In My Shows, tap Edit, then Remove. You can also tap Remove this show at the bottom of its Your Night page.

One page for one saved show, with four tabs. Before: the setlist, weather, Add to Calendar, and places nearby. Arrive: your ticket, directions the way you’re traveling, and the bag rule checked against your bag. Show: food, drink, and the full setlist. After: your ride home and your memory card.

It opens where your ticket lives. Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, and StubHub tickets only work in their own app or Apple Wallet, so Concerto opens that app. For one tap straight to the ticket, add it to Apple Wallet from the ticket app and choose Apple Wallet in Your Night. Paper or PDF tickets show full screen.

Tap Edit next to Your Ticket on the Arrive tab.

That row is part of Concerto+. Tap it to see what it does. Members see their answer in the same place.

That place is a Concerto Partner with an offer for Concerto members. Tap the star to see it. Partners appear first in Nearby Restaurants and Nearby Hotels for their venue.

On the After tab: Concerto finds the photos you took at the show and puts them on a card with the artist, venue, your seat, and the setlist, sized for Instagram Stories. Share it or save it to Photos.

Every show you’ve been to, with a stamp for each one and your totals. Open it from the Passport card on Home or from your account. A show moves there about six hours after it starts.

Your year in concerts, in Passport: shows, artists, venues, cities, your most-seen artist, home venue, busiest month, and a card with every artist you saw. Concerto lets you know in December.

Not yet. Passport fills in from shows you saved.

Exit Plan (your way out of the venue and where to get picked up, built from your seat and the venue’s guidance), AI Bag Check (a photo of your bag checked against the rule), Plan My Night (dinner, when to leave, and the show), 30 Concerto AI answers a day instead of 3, and more alerts. Everything else in Concerto stays free.

$29.99 a year, or a $4.99 Show Pass that unlocks everything for one show, through the morning after. The yearly plan renews until you cancel; the Show Pass is a one-time purchase.

Open your account (the circle at the top right of Home) and tap Restore Purchases. Do the same after reinstalling or switching phones.

In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Concerto. You keep Concerto+ through the end of the year you paid for.

Free for every saved show: Show Day at 9am with the doors and show time (with Directions and Your Night buttons), and a reminder the next morning to make your memory card. Free every Friday at 5pm: the concerts near you that weekend, only when there are some. Concerto Wrapped arrives December 10. Concerto+ (or a Show Pass for that show) adds Time to Head Out two hours before the show, your Exit Plan near the end of the night if you made one, and new dates and presales for artists you follow.

Open your account (top right of Home) and scroll to Notifications. Each alert has its own switch.

Check that notifications are on for Concerto in iOS Settings and that the show is saved. Time to Head Out, Exit Plan, and new date and presale alerts need Concerto+ or a Show Pass. This Weekend needs a city set in your account.

Tour dates come from Ticketmaster, so a tour with no dates listed there won’t appear. Venues are added as they’re researched. Email us and we’ll look.

Every venue section shows the date it was checked. If it looks old, trust the venue’s own site and tap Report wrong info so we can re-check.

Your saved shows and favorites, and anonymous counts of which features get used (never what you search or ask). Your Your Night answers, photos, and notes stay on your phone. Turn usage data off under Privacy in your account. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Open your account, scroll to More, and tap Delete Account. Cancel Concerto+ first in iOS Settings.
