No. You can browse every venue guide, every tour, and every setlist without signing in, and you can save shows too. An account keeps your saved shows, favorites, and history if you switch phones or reinstall. Without one, that data lives only on this device.

Tap the search bar at the top of Home in the app. It searches venues, artists, and cities together. On the website, use Search in the main navigation to find public venue and tour guides.

Tap the bookmark icon next to any show on a tour page, venue page, or Near Me. Your next saved show moves to the top of Home with a live countdown.

Home gives you the countdown. Tap it to open Your Night, where venue essentials, weather, setlist, restaurants, hotels, things to do, getting there, and getting home live together. Concerto+ turns those pieces into a personalized night plan.

A saved show stays as your next show through the night, then moves to History on your Account page about six hours after it starts.

That venue’s bag policy and parking information were checked against the venue’s own official sources. The date shown is when that check happened, so you can see how recently the information was verified.

Open a tour page in the app and tap Follow. Followed artists appear on your Account page, and Concerto+ members can receive alerts when new dates become available.

Following an artist lasts across tours. Favoriting a tour is specific to that run of shows.

Concerto publishes setlist information for tracked tours and shows the date it was last updated. If a tour has not started or a setlist is not available yet, we say Setlist Coming Soon rather than guess.

They live inside Your Night because they are specific to the venue you are actually going to. Near Me remains the broader discovery experience around you or another city.

A Concerto Partner is a restaurant, hotel, venue, or artist Concerto has a real relationship with, always labeled Partner. A Concerto Perk is the fan benefit that Partner gives. Everything else you see nearby is simply a place near the venue, with no label and no offer.

Concerto Perks are benefits created with restaurants, hotels, venues, artists, and tours for concertgoers. A Perk can be tied to a venue, a tour, a specific show, or a useful moment before or after it.

Browse everything live under Account and Concerto Perks. The place a Perk matters is Your Night: a restaurant Perk appears before the show beside Restaurants, a venue Perk with Venue Essentials, a hotel Perk with Hotels and again in Getting Home, and an artist or tour Perk under Up Next. Home stays simple on purpose; it tells you where you are going next and one tap opens Your Night.

Each live Perk shows the benefit and the action available for it. That can be a location, reservation, booking, code, or another redemption instruction depending on the partner.

Yes, in the sense that every Perk comes from a Concerto Partner, and every Partner is labeled. A place that is not a Partner is simply a nearby place with no label and no offer.

Perks are separate from Concerto+. Eligibility belongs to the individual offer, so any membership or other requirement will be stated on that Perk.

Concerto+ is the personalized concierge layer. It turns everything Concerto knows about your saved show into a plan around you: where to go, when to leave, when to arrive, weather-aware timing, getting-home guidance, contextual alerts, and AI Bag Check. Free Concerto tells you what you need to know; Concerto+ helps decide what to do with it.

Go to Account and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks with Apple and restores your membership after a reinstall or phone change too.

In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Concerto. Canceling stops the renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Concerto+ alerts are tied to saved shows and the things that can change the night: weather, timing, venue information, and getting home. Followed-artist alerts can also surface newly announced dates when available. Alert types can be controlled in Settings.

Check that you have Concerto+, that iOS notification permission is enabled for Concerto, and that the relevant show is actually saved.

Tour dates come live from Ticketmaster, so a tour with no upcoming dates listed there may not appear. Venue coverage grows as guides are researched and verified. Email support@concertocity.com if something you expect is missing.

Bag-policy and parking guides show when they were last confirmed. If a verification date looks old, trust the venue’s own site over us and let us know so we can re-check it.

Concerto caches data so it works quickly and offline. Pull down on a list to force a refresh.

Open Account, then enter your email and password. If you have not made an account yet, the same screen can create one.
