- To use the AI Bag Check feature, Concerto requires temporary access to your device's camera or photo library. Images captured or uploaded are processed by our computer vision AI solely to estimate bag dimensions and structure against official venue policies.
c. Non-Personal Information
- Device type, operating system, and anonymous usage statistics.
- Search queries, setlist views, and app interactions to improve functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To process AI Bag Check verdicts and generate tailored Concerto+ itineraries.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party services as strictly necessary for:
- AI Processing: Anonymized image data and itinerary prompts may be processed by secure third-party AI partners to generate Bag Check verdicts and Concerto+ schedules.
- Payment Processing: Managed securely by the App Store.
- App Infrastructure: Analytics, crash reporting, and location-based mapping providers. All partners comply with strict data protection standards.
4. Your Controls & Choices
You have ultimate control over your data within the Concerto ecosystem:
- Location & Camera: You can revoke location or camera access at any time via your device’s system settings. (Note: Revoking these will disable features like AI Bag Check and localized City Guides).
