Clear bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches or opaque bags up to 6 × 9 inches are allowed and searched, including totes, clutches and fanny packs. Oversized bags may be checked for a fee at Guest Services.

Gates 2 and 3 are open to all ticket types; Gate 1 serves VIP Club tickets, and Gate 4 is used mainly for large concerts. The Fast Lane next to Gate 2 needs a separate pass.

General concert parking is included in the ticket; premium and oversized parking upgrades cost extra. Accessible parking is in front of the box office off Pavilion Boulevard with a placard.

Both drop-off and pickup use the A/B administrative parking gate off Pavilion Boulevard; follow the signs to the rideshare pickup near Premier Parking. Drivers returning for pickup should arrive 45 minutes before the show ends.

Accessible parking is first come, first served in front of the box office via Pavilion Boulevard and requires a visible state-issued disability placard or plate.

Card-only concessions sell food and drinks, with a cash-to-card kiosk in North Plaza. Guests may bring food in one clear one-gallon bag, subject to visual inspection.

The amphitheater FAQ does not publish a general re-entry rule.

Will-call tickets are collected from the venue box office with photo ID matching the purchaser name.
