Nonclear bags must be no larger than 4.5 × 6.5 inches; clear bags must not exceed 12 × 6 × 12 inches. Ask the complex in advance for a medically necessary exception.

Doors typically open at least one hour before the show; use the event page for exact admission and VIP times. Bags and other permitted belongings can be inspected.

Parking is included for most ticketed events; when excluded, parking costs $10 per vehicle. Lots normally open two hours before the event.

The complex A–Z guide does not identify a designated rideshare pickup area.

Wheelchair seating is available in Bojangles sections 106, 108, 110, 121 and 123; an accessible-seat buyer can purchase up to three companion seats.

Concessions sell food and drinks. Outside food and drinks, including bottled water, are prohibited unless needed for medical or infant dietary purposes.

The complex’s official A–Z page does not publish a general concert re-entry rule.

Will Call is at the box office by the Bojangles entrance; hours are Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and from two hours before showtime on event days.
