Clear bags may measure up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches; nonclear purses may be up to 10 × 6 × 2 inches, and one-gallon clear bags are allowed. Medical and diaper bags receive inspection.

The arena uses metal detectors at entry. The A–Z guide lists the box office on the south side between Prairie and Indiana, but does not set a universal concert door-opening time.

McCormick Place Lot A at 2301 South Prairie Avenue is the closest and lists $27 for up to 16 hours or $40 for 16–24 hours. Lots B and C are farther away with different rates; check posted prices before travel.

The arena’s A–Z and directions pages do not publish a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off curb.

Accessible parking is available in McCormick Place Lot A on a first-come basis. Request sign-language interpretation at least 10 working days before the event.

Concession stands operate on all concourses and list Pepsi drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders and plant-based tenders among their offerings.

Guests cannot re-enter after leaving the building during an event.

The arena box office is at 200 East Cermak Road and opens three hours before each event, closing one hour after it starts. Event-day ticket delivery and pickup instructions depend on the seller.
