Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches and nonclear clutch bags no larger than 6 × 9 inches are allowed. Larger medical bags undergo additional screening.

Gates usually open 60–120 minutes before showtime, but the exact time varies by show. Check the show’s event page; parking opens one hour before the gate time.

Parking is not included in the concert ticket, and the venue recommends reserving in advance. Lots open one hour before the scheduled gate time.

Normal drop-off is near Adler Planetarium and pickup is on McFetridge Drive in front of the Field Museum. For expanded-lawn shows, both use the Field Museum.

The venue allows larger screened medical bags, including a separate bag for breast-pumping equipment. Ask guest services about seating or other accommodations.

Food and beverages are sold on site; guests may also bring food in a clear one-gallon bag and up to one gallon of water in a factory-sealed or empty plastic reusable bottle.

No re-entry after leaving, except when a severe-weather evacuation is cleared; keep the ticket for re-scanning after such an evacuation.
