Bags, backpacks and purses larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches are prohibited; all bags are searched. The venue warns that event-specific bag rules can differ.

The policy manual describes ticket sales at the Gate 1 booths approximately 90 minutes before a show, but says the time and location vary. It does not specify a universal will-call pickup process.
