Bags may not exceed 12 × 6 × 12 inches and are searched. Medical-device bags may exceed that size; request other medical exceptions at least 48 hours before the event.

The box office is outside the Box Office Gate next to west-side Lot J. Check the event Know Before You Go instructions for current gate access during construction.

Venue parking is for ticket holders; accessible parking is in Lot J on the west side. Construction may alter lots, so check the show’s Know Before You Go instructions.

The designated passenger drop-off and pickup area is south of the Box Office Gate via Lot J on the west side; tell the parking attendant when dropping off.

Accessible parking is in Lot J; wheelchair escorts are available at all gates. Call the box office about accessible seating and request a sign language interpreter at least three weeks in advance.

Bars and concessions operate north of the bowl and on the concourse. Guests may bring unwrapped food in a clear one-gallon bag up to 11 × 11 inches and one sealed plastic water bottle of 16.9 ounces or less.

The venue has a strict no-re-entry policy.

The west-side Dream Finders Homes Box Office opens three hours before scheduled start; named will-call patrons need government-issued photo ID. It closes an hour after scheduled start.
