Bags and purses no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches are allowed and do not have to be clear. Larger medical equipment bags and parenting bags accompanying a child are inspected; backpacks or oversize bags cannot be stored at Guest Services.

Doors open about one hour before most events. Guests and their belongings are screened at entry; guests without bags may use the no-bag line.

Surface-lot parking via Taborwood Avenue costs $20 in advance or $25 on the event day, subject to space. Accessible parking is east of the plaza.

Designated rideshare pickup and drop-off are directly in front of the ticket office.

Accessible parking is east of the plaza, with an accessible drop-off area southwest of the building. Listening devices are at Guest Services and the venue asks for 14 days of notice for an ASL interpreter.

Food and drinks are available on the first-floor lobby and third-floor loge and club levels. The venue is cashless and does not admit outside food and drinks.

There is no re-entry after leaving the venue.

The venue lists Friday box-office hours of 10 a.m.–4 p.m., but its published venue guide does not state a concert will-call pickup procedure.
