Bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches are allowed and searched; nonclear bags receive additional screening. Larger bags are not allowed.

All guests undergo security screening that may include a wand, walk-through detector or pat-down. A Foundation Room purchase of $25 or more per person can qualify for priority entry at most shows.

The venue offers valet parking; GreenStreet garage on Clay Street between Main and Fannin provides skybridge access.

The venue’s FAQ and accessibility page do not designate a rideshare pickup or drop-off location.

Accessible entrance and parking options are available. The GreenStreet garage connects via a third-floor skybridge; request an interpreter at least two weeks ahead or an assistive listening device at least two days ahead.

Food, local craft beer and a full bar are available during Music Hall shows; outside food and drinks are prohibited. The venue accepts cards and mobile pay, with cash-to-card conversion onsite.

The Music Hall does not allow re-entry for shows.

Pick up will-call tickets on show day at the box office, which opens one hour before doors. Bring a valid photo ID and the card used to purchase.
