Ravinia

Coolers, picnic baskets, bags, backpacks and purses may be brought to the park but are subject to inspection and metal-detector screening at the park and Hunter Pavilion entrances. Check the concert page for event-specific prohibited items.

Park gates open at times posted for each performance; the venue cannot admit early lineups to restrooms or other facilities before the published gate time. The Metra stop serves the Tyler West Gate.

Onsite parking is available for performances, with price and lot opening time set per event. The West Parking Lot is at 201 Ravinia Park Road; select concerts offer a park-and-ride shuttle.

Usual rideshare drop-off options are the West Parking Lot and the Braeside or Ravinia train stations. Pickups and drop-offs on surrounding residential streets are prohibited; traffic staff may redirect cars.

The park and its performance facilities have accessible routes and seating. The Hunter Pavilion has accessible reserved positions, and the West Gate provides access to free assistive listening headsets with an ID or card deposit.

Guests may bring their own picnic to the Lawn. Ravinia also has onsite restaurants, bars, a market and concession carts.

The venue’s visit and FAQ pages do not publish a general policy for leaving and re-entering the park during a ticketed concert.

Performance tickets are delivered exclusively through the Ravinia app, where they may be saved to a digital wallet or shared. The FAQ does not describe routine paper ticket pickup.
