Backpacks and bags larger than 9 × 11 inches must be checked at the $5 credit-card-only coat and bag check. Security may inspect bags.

Metro is at 3730 North Clark Street, with its box office next door at 3728 North Clark. Guests should carry valid physical ID as proof of age at entry.

Metro has no dedicated patron parking. Metered spaces on Clark Street and nearby pay lots are options.

Metro’s directions and policy page does not designate a rideshare pickup or drop-off location.

The stage-viewing room is up two flights of stairs and the balcony is up a total of 41 stairs; Metro says it is not wheelchair accessible. Request limited balcony seating at least two weeks ahead or hearing assistance at least three weeks ahead.

Alcohol and a range of nonalcoholic drinks are available. To drink alcohol, guests aged 21 or older must present current physical ID and wear a wristband.

Metro usually does not allow re-entry; its door staff may allow it for smokers aged 21 or older at selected shows. Ask staff about that night’s rule.

Pick up will-call admission by checking in at the guest list with a physical ID matching the ticket buyer’s name; no physical ticket is issued.
