Norfolk Scope

Clear bags are not required for Scope Arena; staff may search all patrons and inspect or empty bags. The exception requiring clear bags at SevenVenues applies to Norfolk Tides games at Harbor Park.

Venue box offices open one hour before showtime on event days. Admission can require metal-detector screening and mobile tickets must be presented from the Ticketmaster app or mobile wallet.

The Scope Garage and nearby facilities provide more than 3,500 spaces; the listed special-event rate for Scope Garage and Bank Street Garage is $10 but varies by event. The Scope Garage can fill during major shows.

The operator’s A–Z guide and Scope parking page do not designate an app-based rideshare pickup location.

Accessible spaces are near the Chrysler Hall elevator and Scope lower-concourse doors in the Scope Garage and require a valid disability placard or plate. Accessible seats are available via the box office or online.

Concession stands at most events sell snacks and alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks; purchases are cashless. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

SevenVenues does not permit re-entry after a guest leaves.

Collect Will Call tickets at the venue box office beginning one hour before showtime and show valid photo ID. The Scope Arena box office is outside the lower concourse.
