Large purses, backpacks and other large bags are prohibited. Medically necessary items and diaper bags may enter after a search; the guide gives no numeric bag size.

Doors open about one hour before most events; the VIP and accessible entrances are on the north side at 45th Street and Hampton Boulevard.

Event parking is available in the Constant Center 43rd Street and 45th Street garages; advance garage passes are encouraged and cost less than any passes still available onsite.

The arena A–Z and parking pages do not publish a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off point.

The accessible entrance is on 45th Street, where the north-side VIP entrance is also located. All restrooms have accessible facilities.

Food service is on the second-floor concourse; selections vary by event and all concession payments are cashless. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Guests who leave the arena cannot re-enter.

The A–Z guide states the box office is at 43rd Street and Hampton Boulevard, open weekdays 10 a.m.–5 p.m., but does not publish a specific will-call pickup procedure.
