Purdue’s clear-bag policy remains in effect at Mackey Arena. Medical and diaper bags are accepted at all entrances after inspection.

General fan entrances open 90 minutes before tipoff; the student Paint Crew entrance opens 105 minutes before tipoff, and premium club access begins two hours before tipoff.

Men’s basketball single-game parking is sold in Northwestern Garage or Upper H Lot, with an ADA placard required for Upper H. Free shuttles from R and H lots start two hours before tipoff and run until about one hour after the game.

The venue has not published specific rideshare guidance on its official venue or guest-information pages.

On game day, ticket holders may request an exchange to accessible seating beginning at 9 a.m., subject to availability.

Boilermaker Hospitality operates concession stands offering food and drinks.

Guests who exit Mackey Arena are not allowed to re-enter.

Game-day ticket sales and will-call pickup are at the Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena.
