Old National Centre

The venue’s Know Before You Go section allows searched bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, while its prohibited-item list says no large bags over 10 × 10 inches. Because those limits conflict, check the specific show and bring a smaller bag.

Doors generally open one hour before showtime. The venue has mobile ticket entry and searches all bags; the main accessible entrance is at the building front.

The main reserved lot is reached from Alabama Street in front of the marquee, with a North Lot reached from North Street. Reserved passes range from $5–$35 for the main lot or $5–$30 for the North Lot; drive-up rates vary.

The main entrance and the New Jersey Street Imperial Lounge entrance are accessible. The Egyptian Room accessible section is on the floor near the front, to the right of the stage; accessible parking is limited in the main Alabama Street lot.

Food and beverages are offered before concerts; clear empty refillable bottles under 40 ounces are permitted at the second-floor refill station. Outside food and drink are otherwise prohibited.

The venue uses mobile entry; guests with phone problems can seek help at the event-day box office with ID. It does not describe a universal will-call procedure.
