Clear plastic or vinyl totes up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, nonclear clutches up to 6 × 9 inches, and inspected medical bags are permitted.

The box office is at the west gates. Gate and lot hours vary by concert; check the event listing, and expect security and bag screening.

One parking pass is required per vehicle; general parking starts at $20 online and costs $25 on show day. Lots usually open one hour before gates; upgraded parking is available.

Rideshare drop-off and pickup use Gate 2A, north of Boden Road and 146th Street. For pickups, drivers should arrive 45 minutes before the show ends.

The venue provides accessibility arrangements and a separate accessibility guide; contact staff or the box office about specific needs.

Food and drinks are sold in the venue plazas. Guests may bring food in a clear one-gallon bag per person; the venue is cashless.

Re-entry is prohibited; leaving requires a new ticket to return.

Will-call tickets are collected from the box office beside the west main gate with photo ID matching the purchaser. The box office opens at noon on show days.
