Bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches are allowed after search; opaque bags receive extra inspection.

Doors generally open one hour before showtime. Guests with the Marquee Lounge upgrade may use its private entrance 30 minutes earlier, but that entrance has stairs.

Nearby parking choices include Clay Commons, Brown Hotel and Fifth Street garages, as well as metered street spaces.

The Palace visitor guide describes garages and street parking but does not designate a rideshare pickup area.

ADA seating is on the main floor; the loge and balcony require stairs. Guests who need step-free access should use the main entrance and its elevator.

Concession stands sell popcorn, soft pretzels, soda and snacks; bars sell alcohol to guests aged 21 or older with valid ID. Main concession stands accept payment cards.

The Louisville Palace has a strict no-re-entry policy.

Collect physical Will Call or guest-list tickets on the show day from two hours before showtime; bring picture ID and preferably the confirmation number.
