The venue permits clear plastic or vinyl totes up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and nonclear clutches up to 6 × 9 inches. All other bags must be returned to the vehicle.

The venue publishes parking-lot, plaza and door-opening times for individual concerts on its before-you-go page; times vary by show.

General parking in Fields 4 and 5 has no additional charge; preferred parking is in Field 5 and VIP/Premier/Reserve/Easy Out parking is in Lot 5A.

Food and beverage points of sale accept credit and debit only; a cash-to-card kiosk is near Tunnel D in the Main Plaza. One factory-sealed or empty water bottle up to 1 liter is allowed.

The box office is open on event days from noon to 9 p.m.; the venue has not published a separate general will-call pickup rule.
