The following sensory resources are available at no charge at the Lost and Found located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda as well as Fan Assistance HQ at Section 106 for use during games and events: Empire Suites 201-239 are located on the Empire Suite Level, which is accessible from any of the three VIP entrances - Hodges, Seaver and Stengel - via elevator or staircase.

The main box office ticket windows at Citi Field are located on the exterior of the ballpark, on the third base side of home plate and the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, adjacent to the Ticket Services Office.
