Clear bags no larger than 16 × 8 × 16 inches are allowed. The guide conflicts on nonclear bags, listing 5 × 9 × 2 inches under Bag Policy and 4.5 × 6.5 inches under Prohibited Items; a nonclear bag no larger than 4.5 × 6.5 inches satisfies both statements.

Doors normally open 60 minutes before event start, though concert door times can vary. All guests pass security screening and bag search.

The arena has more than 2,600 onsite parking spaces. Accessible spaces are in Lots B, F and G; follow the parking pass or event page for the applicable lot and charge.

Rideshare drop-off is the circle drive in front of the East main doors from the 183A frontage road; taxi and car-service pickup is at the South doors via New Hope Road and Lot B.

Accessible spaces are in parking Lots B, F and G. Request an ASL interpreter at least 14 days ahead; assistive listening devices can be borrowed at Guest Services behind Section 121 with ID.

Six fixed concession storefronts, upper and lower bars and portable carts sell food and drinks. The arena is cashless and prohibits outside food and drinks.

Re-entry is barred for concerts and other events unless event management specifically changes the rule; the usual exception is Texas Stars hockey games.

All tickets are mobile and can be managed or transferred by phone. Will-call pickup is no longer available.
