The Texas Athletics clear-bag rule allows clear plastic bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, one-gallon resealable bags and clutches smaller than 4.5 × 6.5 inches. The football guide does not establish whether an individual concert has a different bag rule.

For football, gates open two hours before kickoff and guests must use the gate on their mobile ticket. Concert opening times and assigned gates are event-specific.

The stadium’s football guide says concession and merchandise purchases are cashless and that cash-to-card kiosks are in the Hall of Fame and at Gate 7. Outside food and drink are prohibited.

The football guide prohibits re-entry at football games but does not state the policy for concerts at this stadium.
