The venue publishes a clear-bag policy as a graphic and explicitly allows small clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches. The accessible text does not give a clear-bag size; security checks bags in separate entry lanes.

The main entrance is on Red River Street between 12th and 15th Streets; VIP and accessible entry are at 1401 North Trinity Street. Door times are published for individual events.

Paid parking is available in Texas Facilities garages between 12th and 17th Streets along San Jacinto Boulevard and Trinity Street. The venue suggests approaching from 15th Street to avoid Red River traffic.

Pickup and drop-off are on the north curb of 12th Street just past Red River Street. Enter from northbound Red River or the Interstate 35 frontage road.

The accessible entrance is at 1401 North Trinity Street and accessible seating requires an appropriate ticket. Ask for an interpreter at least two weeks ahead; accessible garage spaces are first come first served.

Food, snacks, alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks are sold on site; concessions are cashless. Guests may bring one sealed water bottle up to 20 ounces and a small zippered bag of snacks.

Re-entry is not allowed unless management instructs otherwise. A guest leaving during a concert needs a new ticket to return.

Show-day will call is at the main entrance at 14th and Red River Streets. The box office generally opens at 5 p.m. for most ticketed events and stays open until the headliner takes the stage.
