Oversized bags, including luggage and large backpacks, are prohibited unless medically necessary. All bags are searched; the venue does not list an exact maximum dimension.

Enter Opry House performances through the doors along the front of the building. Security screens guests and checks bags at entry.

Evening-show paid parking begins at 5 p.m. near the Opry House; follow Opry House Paid Parking signs. A prepaid pass permits one entry and one exit.

The Opry’s published Opry House directions and FAQ pages do not state a dedicated rideshare pickup point.

Wheelchair accessible seats are on the upper and lower levels, with wheelchair lifts serving second-level seating. Use the Accessibility option when buying through AXS.

Sound Bites counters on both lobby floors sell sandwiches, flatbreads, snacks, desserts, soft drinks and alcohol from doors until 30 minutes before the show ends. Outside food and drinks, including water, are prohibited.

The venue states that all exits are final and does not issue smoking passes.

Collect Opry House will-call tickets at the Opry Box Office with a valid photo ID and confirmation number; tickets for shows at the Ryman are picked up there instead.
