Ascend Amphitheater

Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and nonclear clutches up to 6 × 9 inches may enter after inspection. Medical and diaper bags are screened and tagged.

Gate 1 is beside the box office on the northwest corner, with another entrance at First Avenue South and Korean Veterans Boulevard. Gates generally open 60–90 minutes before the show, depending on event.

This downtown amphitheater does not have its own parking lot. Use paid public garages or lots nearby.

For taxi and rideshare pickup after the concert, go to Gate 2; regular passenger pickup and drop-off may use Gate 1 or Gate 2.

The venue has family and accessible restrooms throughout, offers an alternative to metal-detector screening for medical needs and permits screened medical bags.

Food and drinks are sold on both sides of the seating bowl and behind the lawn. Outside food is prohibited; each guest may bring up to one gallon of water in a soft squeezable plastic bottle.

Guests cannot re-enter after leaving without a new ticket.

The box office opens two hours before concert gates and admission uses AXS Mobile ID. Its published FAQ does not describe a separate will-call pickup procedure.
