The venue publishes a separate house bag policy as an image and prohibits backpacks in its A–Z guide. The image text could not be reliably extracted, so the precise concert bag dimensions are not confirmed.

Door times vary by event; the venue directs guests to check the event page or call. Ticketed guests pass through metal detectors at entry.

The venue parking page lists the main lot and nearby St. Augustine Garage and State Garage E, but its posted prices and access details are explicitly for FSU games; it does not give a general concert parking rate.

Event drop-off and pickup points are North Drive off Pensacola Street and East Drive off MLK Boulevard.

Guest elevators are at the northwest suite entrance and the northeast and southeast corners; the box office lobby elevator reaches Level 1. Service animals are permitted.

Concession stands and portables accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

After exiting, guests need an unused ticket to re-enter; Guest Services behind Section 101 handles emergencies and special exceptions.

Will call is at the main box office on the northwest side. It opens weekdays 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and usually one hour before weekend events; bring a photo ID and the purchase credit card.
