Clear bags up to 12 × 12 inches and nonclear handheld clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches are allowed. Medical equipment, diaper and nursing bags are screened; tinted or patterned bags are refused.

Gate times vary by show and are posted on the event page. Entrances use walk-through metal detectors; the Pavilion Lounge can open an hour before the main gates.

Free parking is available in monitored lots entered from 2203 Timberloch Place. Limited paid Gold Lot parking at 9809 Six Pines Drive is typically $45 for contemporary concerts and $15 for performing arts shows; lots open 30 minutes before gates.

The venue designates 2005 Lake Robbins Drive for passenger drop-off and pickup; follow the event traffic signs.

Accessible parking is free with valid credentials in the Gold Lot, first come first served, with overflow at 9669 Grogans Mill Road. Accessible seating is offered and sign language interpretation may be arranged through the box office.

Concession stands sell food and drinks. For most contemporary concerts, each guest may bring personal food in one one-gallon resealable bag; outside liquids are prohibited and empty reusable bottles are generally allowed.

Guests cannot re-enter after leaving the Pavilion gates.

Will-call tickets may be picked up by the named Ticketmaster or Live Nation account holder, or a designated alternate where transfer is available. Bring government-issued ID; the account number is also preferred.
