Bags or backpacks larger than 14 inches in any dimension are prohibited. Every bag is subject to search.

Door times vary by performance and are shown on the event listing. Lines generally form no earlier than two hours before the listed door time.

Lots A, B and C provide about 320 off-street spaces, though Lawn-show parking can be very limited. Lot rates and openings vary by show; accessible parking is in Lot A, or Lot B for Lawn shows.

The venue recommends rideshare services for getting to shows, particularly Lawn events, but does not designate a pickup or drop-off curb on its parking page.

Concert viewing areas are accessible, with limited seating for disabled and pregnant guests in designated viewing areas. Email the box office about seating before the show.

Bars in the Upstairs, Downstairs and Lawn rooms sell alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. The venue does not directly sell food, though food trucks are generally present at Lawn shows; outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Re-entry is prohibited unless an individual event states otherwise.

The venue FAQ says the box office opens 5–10 p.m. on ticketed show nights, but does not publish a standard will-call ticket collection procedure.
