Small to medium personal bags, purses and backpacks are permitted after a search. The FAQ does not give numeric size limits and there is no coat check.

The show-night box office opens one hour before the published door time. Check the event listing for the actual door time and age requirement.

The venue names the Ellis O’Farrell Garage at 123 O’Farrell Street, Union Square Garage at 333 Post Street and California Parking Garage at 665 Sutter Street.

The venue FAQ gives its 420 Mason Street address and transit stops but does not designate a rideshare pickup area.

The venue is accessible; email the box office with the guest name and show for seating accommodation. ADA seating is limited to one companion per guest.

The FAQ says food is not sold at August Hall, though drinks are available; outside food and beverages are prohibited, except an empty water bottle.

Guests age 21 or older with valid ID may step outside to smoke and re-enter; guests under 21 cannot re-enter.
