Bags larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches, backpacks, Camelbaks and bota bags are not allowed. Small bags and purses are searched.

The venue operates on show days; each event page gives that show’s door and start times. Entry includes a search of bags and personal belongings.

Midtown Park underground parking one block away costs $5. A second nearby lot is listed at $5, with valet at the front of the venue for a show-dependent fee.

The current Midtown FAQ gives the venue address but does not designate a rideshare pickup or drop-off area.

The venue states that its current Midtown space is ADA compliant; contact the venue for specific accommodation needs.

Craft beer and full-bar beverages are sold at shows. Food is available only at some events through changing local vendors; outside food and beverages are prohibited.

The Midtown FAQ describes security screening but does not publish a rule for leaving and re-entering a ticketed show.

Online tickets are accessed through a SeeTickets account or app and the barcode can be shown on a phone. The venue currently sells tickets online only, except for a possible cashier at select shows.
