The Showbox

Backpacks and bags larger than 16 × 16 × 8 inches are prohibited. The FAQ does not require clear bags.

The box office opens at the scheduled door time. Guests age 21 or older purchasing preshow food or drinks in Kerns Music Shop may be admitted first when doors open; the lounge opens one hour before doors.

The venue has no public parking; nearby paid lots and some street parking are available.

The shared venue FAQ does not specify a rideshare pickup or drop-off site for The Showbox.

All entries are accessible. Guests may purchase an accessible ticket through AXS, or if sold out, buy general admission and notify security of accessibility needs; dedicated accessible seating is not guaranteed.

The venue and its preshow lounge sell food or drinks and take major cards, not cash. Outside food, beverages and containers, including reusable water bottles, are prohibited.

The shared Showbox venue FAQ does not publish a rule for re-entry after leaving.
