Moore Theatre

Large bags are admitted only after full inspection, and an artist may impose a no-bag policy for an individual show. The venue asks guests to avoid bringing large bags.

Theatres use walk-through metal detectors and bag searches; if the detector cannot be used, security conducts a pat-down. At the Moore, the line begins at the front door and may start forming after 6 a.m. on show day.

The theatre has no onsite lot; its directions page lists nearby paid parking and transit. The Moore recommends the Securities Garage at 1922 3rd Avenue, with a presold event parking option.

For a passenger with limited walking ability, the venue identifies a drop-off point at the loading zone in front of the theatre on 2nd Avenue. It does not identify a separate app-based rideshare zone.

The theatre has an accessible restroom and its wheelchair seating is on the main floor. Ushers can assist and the accessibility team can discuss accommodation needs.

Full-service bars open for most performances about one hour before the show; food is offered on a show-by-show basis. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except when needed for disability or medical reasons.

The theatre security guide says anyone entering or re-entering is screened, but it does not state when ticketed guests are allowed to leave and return.

The will-call window opens 90 minutes before the performance. Bring photo ID, the purchasing credit card and the Ticketmaster order number, as any of these may be requested.
