The Rooftop at Pier 17

Bags up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches are permitted and searched; larger bags and backpacks are refused. Paid lockers on the ground level are available first come, first served.

Guests needing accommodation may use ground-level elevators across from the AXS Box Office. Accessible restrooms are on the fourth floor; general-admission ticket holders can visit the box office on show day for accessible seating assistance.

Concessions are sold at all ticketed rooftop concerts. Outside food and drinks are prohibited; one empty non-glass reusable water bottle up to 18 oz is allowed, subject to artist changes.

The Rooftop prohibits re-entry during events except at management’s discretion.

The AXS Box Office and will call are on the ground level of Pier 17 on its west side near the Tin Building. Published seasonal hours are Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m., plus show days.
