Webster Hall does not allow bags larger than 14 × 14 inches, including backpacks, briefcases, luggage and duffle bags.

The operator says its New York clubs do not have designated parking; neighborhood street parking and city garages may be available.

The venue has not published a designated rideshare pickup point in its ticket and accessibility guidance.

The main entry is accessible and ADA viewing is on the ballroom’s house-left side. The elevator is near the main entry; request a sign-language interpreter at least two weeks before the concert.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited; the operator says its clubs have a bar with water, soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits.

The venue operator’s FAQ says all exits from its clubs are final, except designated smoking areas.

The Bowery Presents says its venue box offices sell available tickets on show nights; it has not published a general Webster Hall will-call pickup procedure.
