Terminal West is at Entrance 1 of the King Plow Arts Center. The box office opens 30 minutes before doors, while show listings specify the actual door time.

The King Plow Arts Center deck by Entrance 1 costs $12 on show nights, card only; the first 30 minutes are free.

The venue’s FAQ and getting-here pages do not designate a rideshare pickup or drop-off point.

All entrances and restrooms are accessible. A front-row stage-left viewing area is reserved, and accessible parking is near the front of the building and on the upper parking deck; request an interpreter two weeks ahead.

Stationside serves food during every show from doors until the headliner begins. The bar accepts cards and Apple Pay; the box office does not accept cash.

The venue’s FAQ does not state whether ticket holders may leave and return during a show.

Will-call tickets are available at the Terminal West box office on the show night starting 30 minutes before doors. For pickup by someone other than the named holder, the venue requires an image of the holder’s ID.
