Bags larger than 8.5 × 11 inches, including backpacks, briefcases, luggage and duffel bags, are prohibited. Arrivals are screened before entering.

The Fox is at 660 Peachtree Street NE, at Ponce de Leon Avenue. The ticket office opens three hours before doors on show days; the event page gives actual door time.

The theatre does not own its surrounding lots; parking may be prepaid with tickets up until two hours before the show. Accessible spaces are assigned first come first served within each lot.

The theatre’s directions and ticket FAQ pages do not specify a dedicated rideshare pickup or drop-off area.

Closest accessible parking is at the Yellow Lot, Georgian Terrace deck and Orange Lot; the venue lists accessible seating and guest services for visitors needing assistance.

The Mezzanine North bar sells cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water, popcorn, chips and candy. Items may vary by show.

Once inside the Fox Theatre, guests cannot leave and re-enter.

For ticket-window and phone purchases made since April 1, 2026, the cardholder must collect tickets from will call on show day with the purchase card and matching photo ID. On show days the ticket office opens three hours before doors.
