For most events, one clear bag up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches or a one-gallon clear bag is allowed, plus one nonclear personal item up to 5 × 8 inches. Backpacks, including clear backpacks, are prohibited; diaper and medical bags are inspected.

The venue has metal detectors and screens bags at entry. Its box office opens two hours before doors, while the exact door time is event-specific.

Parking Lots A and B are first come first served, with advance booking or arrival payment by registered license plate. Advance booking saves 20% compared with same-day parking.

The designated drop-off and rideshare zone is in front of the building. Enter from General Hudnell Drive and exit by Van Nostrand Drive.

Guest Services provides wheelchair escorts on request from entry points and listening receivers are available from the box office with valid identification.

Concession stands and bars accept debit and major credit cards; the facility is cashless. Food service is also offered in its Provisions Food Hall and Bar.

The venue normally prohibits re-entry during events. For a personal emergency or to return a prohibited item to a car, speak with a Guest Services supervisor before exiting.

Tickets are mobile through eTix and cannot normally be picked up at will call. The event-day box office opens two hours before doors; paper tickets require prior arrangement.
