Majestic Theatre

Bags and purses larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches and backpacks are prohibited. Medical equipment bags and diaper bags are exceptions; the theatre cannot store prohibited bags.

The theatre entrance is at 224 East Houston Street. Select priority-access passes admit guests up to 90 minutes before show start; ordinary door times are event-dependent.

The venue lists Houston Street Garage at 111 College Street, St. Mary’s Garage at 205 East Travis Street and City Tower Garage at 60 North Flores Street. Select shows offer prepaid valet opening two hours before start.

The theatre’s published visitor and access pages do not identify a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off location.

Step-free entrances and orchestra-level accessible seats are available. A lift serves upper levels, although stairs remain to their seats; hearing devices are loaned at Guest Services with ID.

Bars and food kiosks throughout the theatre sell wine, beer, mixed drinks and snacks. Outside food and drink are prohibited, except unopened water bottles and empty refillable lidded cups.

The operator’s published Majestic venue and access guides do not state a general re-entry rule.

Will-call tickets are held at the box office for pickup before or on the show day according to the event. Bring a photo ID matching the ticket order; the box office generally opens three hours before ticketed time.
