Each guest may bring one clear bag up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches or one opaque clutch up to 6.5 × 4.5 inches. Medical items and single-compartment diaper bags with the child present are exceptions.

All guests pass through walk-through weapons detectors and present a downloaded mobile ticket QR code at entry. Check the event-specific email for further instructions.

All arena lots charge for parking, with rates varying by lot; paid options are within walking distance. Vehicles cannot leave and return during the event.

Approved pickup and drop-off locations are Lot F on Mallon Avenue opposite the Flour Mill and Howard Street just south of Boone Avenue near Lot B. Do not use the main arena lots for drop-off.

The designated accessible passenger drop-off is in Lot F on Mallon Avenue. The arena has a separate disability-information guide.

Concessions and parking are cashless and accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Guests cannot re-enter the arena or parking lot after exiting a ticketed event.
