Small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs up to 6 × 9 inches, or clear plastic bags up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches, are permitted. All bags are searched; oversized bags and backpacks are prohibited.

Gates usually open 90 minutes before showtime, but event-specific times can differ. Entry involves metal detectors, possible pat-downs and bag checks; use the event page for the actual gate time.

General parking is included with the ticket; Premier, Ultra Premier and Star parking are paid upgrades. Lots open at noon on show days according to the current venue guide.

Taxis and rideshare vehicles follow staff directions to enter through Gate C; pickup is also at Gate C.

The venue publishes a separate accessibility guide for arrival, parking and services; contact staff for needs at the show.

The venue sells food and drinks and is cashless; a cash-to-card exchange is offered near the main gates. Guests may bring food in one clear one-gallon resealable bag and an empty plastic bottle or up to one gallon of factory-sealed plain water in plastic.

Re-entry is prohibited; after leaving, a new ticket would be required to return.

The venue uses mobile entry: download the ticket to a phone in the Live Nation app. The box office opens two hours before doors on show days.
