There are over 3,000 parking spaces within a 1/3-mile radius of the SAP Center. Approximately 1,500 spaces are available on-site, with entry from Santa Clara Street or Julian Street. Prepaid parking is available for San Jose Shark Season ticket holders.

For Friday afternoon games, Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday games, doors open 90 minutes before the start of the game for Sharks 365 members and 75 minutes prior for non-members. For San Jose Sharks week day games, doors open 75 minutes before the start of the game for Sharks 365 members and 60 minutes prior to the start of the game for non-members.
