One bag per person: clear bags, backpacks or fanny packs up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches, a one-gallon clear bag, or a nonclear clutch or fanny pack up to 6 × 9 inches. A nonclear hydration pack up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches with two pockets and an empty bladder up to 2 liters is also allowed.

Security searches guests and belongings at the entrance. Lines may start forming at 10 a.m.; event pages give show-specific door times.

Event parking is in designated lots near Lasuen Street and Campus Drive; buy a pass through the event page or AXS when offered. Parking closes one hour after the event and price varies by show.

The official accessible passenger drop-off is near Roth Way and Lasuen Street, around one to two blocks from Lasuen Gate. The university does not list a separate rideshare-only zone.

Accessible seating can be purchased through the standard event ticket path. The main entrance has accessible approaches and a ramp; accessible parking is on Roth Way and in Galvez Lot with a valid plate or placard.

Food and drinks are sold inside and the venue is cashless. Guests may bring personal snacks in a one-gallon clear bag, one sealed plastic water bottle up to 32 ounces or one liter, or an empty reusable bottle of that size.

The university Frost FAQ and what-to-bring page do not state a general re-entry rule.

The university FAQ says Goldenvoice-presented shows sell online through AXS, but does not publish a general will-call pickup procedure for Frost concerts.
