Only small purses and fanny packs up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches may enter; backpacks and larger bags are prohibited.

The door time printed on the ticket marks the start of entry; concerts can begin 30–75 minutes later. The venue advises against arriving more than one hour before doors.

The theater recommends the two public garages on Lafayette within one block on either side of Fourth Street. They often charge a flat fee after 5 p.m.; the theater has no valet.
