Please visit our Guest Services Center located outside Section 9 on the Main Concourse and request an Assistive Listening Device. Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise cancelling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booths located behind Section 9 and 114.
