Doors usually open one hour before showtime, subject to the specific listing. Bags are searched before entry.

The theatre has no private lot and prohibits parking on Hamilton Place. Boston Common Garage and Center Plaza Garage are nearby.

The venue directions do not designate a rideshare stop; Hamilton Place cannot be used for parking.

Accessible tickets are offered through the box office or online ticket request; the downstairs restroom has accessible stalls. Ask the venue at least two weeks before a show for sign language interpretation.

Beer and wine are sold, with limited food depending on the event. Food and beverage sales accept credit and debit cards.
