One clear plastic or vinyl tote up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, or a nonclear clutch up to 6 × 9 inches, is permitted; all bags are searched.

Gates usually open 60–90 minutes before showtime; exact times vary. Guests pass metal detectors and bag checks, and the show-day box office opens at 1 p.m.

There is no onsite parking. The venue suggests the Seaport Hotel Garage, entered from Seaport Boulevard at B Street, and other nearby paid garages.

The venue publishes a separate accessibility guide; request an interpreter at least two weeks in advance after purchasing a ticket. The pavilion does not control guest parking.

Food and beverages are sold inside; selections and prices vary by event. The venue is cashless.

Will-call tickets can be collected once doors open with photo ID and the purchasing credit card; artist guest-list tickets are also generally released at door time.
