A garage is directly across from the venue on 29th Street; eligible event tickets may include parking validation until the garage fills.

The venue arrival guide and accessibility page do not designate a rideshare point; the accessibility page directs passenger drop-offs to the main entrance on Granada Avenue.

The main entrance on Granada Avenue and lobby restrooms are accessible; accessible floor seating is to the right of the stage. Request sign-language interpretation at least two weeks ahead.

The hall has a full bar and West Coast Tavern serves food. Outside food, drinks and alcohol are prohibited.

Leaving and re-entering the venue is prohibited.

Pick up Will Call tickets at the box office beginning two hours before doors on show nights; bring photo ID and the purchasing card.
