The FAQ permits clear bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and nonclear clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches; noncompliant bags must be returned to a vehicle. A second security section allows other same-sized bags after extra search, so ask the venue about any opaque bag larger than a clutch.

The Music Hall and box office enter at 1056 Sixth Avenue. Guests may be screened by wand, detector or pat-down; select preshow Salvation Bar events start one hour before doors.

The venue recommends the garage on Fifth Avenue between Broadway and C Street, across from its entrance; advance parking is available.

Food is available from bartenders during the show and at select preshow events in the Salvation Bar. In-venue food and drink sales accept cards or mobile pay, and outside food and drinks are prohibited.

The House of Blues does not permit re-entry to shows.

Pick up Will Call or guest-list tickets at the box office on the show day, starting two hours before doors; the original named buyer needs physical government photo ID.
